Site Supervisor

Full-timeCalgary & surrounding area

Run day-to-day site operations across residential projects — scheduling trades, keeping inspections on track, and holding the quality standard our warranty is built on.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate subtrades and crew scheduling across concurrent residential projects.
  • Book and attend municipal inspections, and keep permit documentation current.
  • Run site safety in line with Alberta OH&S requirements.
  • Track progress against the milestone schedule and flag slippage early.
  • Walk deficiencies before handover and see them closed out.

What we're looking for

  • Experience supervising residential construction, ideally basement development or renovations.
  • Working knowledge of the Alberta Building Code and the municipal inspection process.
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.
  • Comfortable reading drawings and coordinating multiple trades at once.

Lead Carpenter / Framer

Full-timeCalgary & surrounding area

Lead framing and finish carpentry on basement developments and renovations, with a small crew working alongside you.

What you'll do

  • Frame walls, bulkheads and structural alterations to drawings.
  • Install doors, trim, cabinetry and finish carpentry to a handover standard.
  • Set egress windows and window wells to code-required sizing.
  • Guide apprentices and keep the site organised and safe.

What we're looking for

  • Several years of framing and finish carpentry experience in residential construction.
  • Own hand tools, and the ability to work from drawings without constant supervision.
  • Journeyman certification is an asset, not a requirement.
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.

General Labourer / Apprentice

Support our crews on site while learning the trade properly — demolition, material handling, site cleanup and hands-on work with experienced carpenters.

What you'll do

  • Demolition, material handling and keeping sites clean and safe.
  • Assist carpenters and trades with framing, insulation and finishing work.
  • Load, unload and stage materials as projects progress.

What we're looking for

  • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with physical work year-round.
  • Willingness to learn — we'll train the right person with no experience.
  • Transportation to sites across Calgary and the surrounding communities.
